Orders of C$50 or more ship free with tracked delivery (a flat C$22 below that), in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. This is an online only shop: there is no showroom and nothing is collected.

How do i know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you have a shop location?
We are an online shop. The Canadian address is an administration office, with no showroom or collection service.
Do i get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
What are your delivery options and how long will it take?
Delivery is available to Canada and the USA. Standard delivery is C$22, or free from C$50 after discounts. Express costs C$22. Allow 5 to 7 days after 24 to 48 hours handling; tracking is emailed after dispatch.
